Recently, I’ve developed an interest in advanced tax strategies—like cost segregation and accelerated depreciation—to minimize tax liabilities for real estate investors. I enjoy connecting with clients through shared interests such as dancing, running, and traveling. My mixed martial arts training brings focus and discipline to my work. When not working, you’ll find me exploring new recipes, especially inspired by Christopher Kimball’s "Fast and Slow," and reading theology, psychology, and classic literature.
